Spot wallet: balance and USDT transfers to/from futures.

Currency. The spot balance read uses a currency query parameter (USDT or INR); omitted defaults to USDT. USDT transfers use POST /wallet/futures/transfer; INR transfers use the dedicated POST /futures/transfers/inr. Transfers move funds within a single currency between that currency's spot and futures wallets. Cross-currency transfers (INR ↔ USDT) are not supported via API.
